searched in youtube/google to know how to embed youtube video and others video in wordpress self hosted blog, well i got results from youtube itself that it was quite long process to embed youtube movie in wordpress blog, later on i found small plugin which was really useful.

Here Im talking about Viper’s Video Quicktags which is really useful and no need to learn or make  long and lengthy process.

You can see in the image where I have already installed viper’s video quicktags , i dont have to learn long process and alter codes, the plugin makes all the things , there are many video integration options. Just copy the youtube link  like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxxxxxxx   , just paste the link, if you want to set custom dimensions then click on dimensions , and set as you want .

How to install viper’s video quicktag plugin from wordpress admin panel

1. See the wordpress sidebar of your admin panel
2. Go to plugins – Add New
3. Search for plugin “video quicktags”
4. You will see the result viper’s video quicktags
5. Install it and activate it
6. Now the plugin starts working

How to manually install viper’s video quicktag from ftp or webhost panel

1. Go to http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/vipers-video-quicktags/
2. Download the plugin
3. Extract the plugin in your local disk
4. Open any ftp software and upload the files to your plugin folder
5. Login to wordpress admin panel and activate it.

Now copy any link from youtube or any video sharing sites , just paste the links , now you have successfully embedded video in your wordpress blog .
